Keep it and we switch your domain over. It’s $29 a month from there. Don’t keep it and that’s completely fine.

Configuration, maintenance, uptime monitoring and the ongoing updates that keep the site running.
Changes included
Email us when wording, photos, sections or the design need changing. There is no hourly rate.
Your domain stays yours
It remains registered in your name. We only point it at the new website when you decide to go live.

Fair questions
What’s the catch?
Seriously, why would you build it before I pay?
Because showing a busy business owner a finished website is easier than asking them to imagine one from a proposal. We work from what is already on your site, send you a private preview and let the work make its own case. If you do not keep it, you pay nothing.
Do I have to change my domain name or email?
No. Your domain stays the same and remains yours. When you choose to go live, we need access to update the website records in your domain’s DNS so the address points to the new site. We walk you through it, and your existing email setup stays in place.
I already pay someone for hosting. What happens to that?
Keep the old hosting until the new site is live. Hosting is included in the $29 monthly plan, so you should not need to keep paying for old website hosting afterwards. Before cancelling anything, check whether the old provider also handles your domain or email. We can help you work out what is safe to change.
What if I want changes to the version you send me?
Ask for them. Changes while you are deciding are included and do not start the billing. If you keep the site, ongoing wording, section and design changes stay included in the $29 monthly plan. Just email us what needs changing.
When do I pay and how often?
Nothing is charged while you review the preview. If you choose to keep it, your first $29 is charged when you sign up through Stripe, then on the same date each month. There is no setup fee.
Can I cancel later?
Yes, anytime. There is no contract, minimum commitment or cancellation penalty. Cancelling stops future charges, and your site stays live until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Who owns my domain and site content?
You do. Your domain remains registered in your name, and your business content remains yours. If you leave SiteSimple, we hand over the content so you are not stuck.
Who actually builds it?
Marc, in Melbourne. I build and run SiteSimple, and I am the person who reads your emails and looks after your site. Support is by email, with same-day replies.
What if my business is unusual?
Send us the address anyway. We will look at what your current site does and whether a SiteSimple rebuild is a good fit. If it needs something outside the kind of business sites we build, we will tell you before you pay for anything.
